Ken assisted in selling our home in Frederick, MD. We interviewed a total of 4 realtors before deciding to move forward with him. The reason for our choice being that we felt he would continue to be our main contact person throughout the transaction, he would stay involved in all aspects and he gave us his honest opinion without promising to sell our home for tens of thousands higher than market value in only a day. Our gut instinct with him was right on. Ken always stayed true to his word, he gave us his honest opinion on list price even when we pushed back and he was able to get a contract on our house within 24 hours of listing. He was phenomenal and we never hit a road block as he held our hand the entire way through. We were so blessed to have him as we've had other negative experiences with realtors. He is an honest, hardworking man who truly wants the best for his clients.

We contacted him with mild interest in purchasing a home, and then a few months later, our rental was flooded. I shot him an email saying that we were ready to move ASAP. He took us to a few houses, one of which we loved at first sight and he had us moved in in three weeks, at under asking, in a killer neighborhood. I highly recommend Ken. He's a nice guy, pleasant to be around, and is super knowledgeable. His team works with impeccable attention to detail, and immediate responsiveness to questions, which is key when dealing with first time buyers- who don't know anything- like us.

Chris is a true pro, he was always available to answer our questions, see homes at the first opportunity and generally made us feel like we were his priority and only Clients. Chris truly made our first home buying experience a “unicorn”- quick, easy and stress-free. Chris provided tremendous value by saving us money on closing costs and a home warranty due to his negotiating skills, but the true value that he provided was taking a complex process and making it simple and exciting. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right out of the gate, Chris gave suggestions and recommendations to better position our house on the market. Needless to say, his expertise was spot on as we had multiple offers on our house within 24 hours of listing and accepted a contract within 48 hours. After accepting of an offer, Chris constantly kept us updated throughout the process of getting to close. If I ever had any questions or concerns, Chris was just a call/text/email away and was always very responsive. I’ve heard some real horror stories of friends selling their homes so I was very nervous going into the process. I’ve never sold a house before so everything was very new to me. Chris made the process an absolute breeze and, most importantly, understandable to someone who has never been in this position before. What a great experience! Kam was integral in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in our first home purchase. He was prepared, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining the many facets of the home buying process to us. From lender, inspections, title company, negotiations, and closing procedures, Kam was there with insight and advice. He successfully negotiated for our target budget and even got full seller help on closing costs. He was attentive, responsive and very professional but also easy to talk to and get along with. He's a great guy and good at what he does. I have already recommended him to a co-worker and would encourage anyone in the market for a new home to go with Kam.
